Plan-A-Home provides a fast and economical service providing:

1. A high quality of design and presentation
2. Comply with Current Building Regulations
3. Include your own specific choices of materials and finishes

Option 1: Designs as illustrated

• Step 1 – go to www.planahome.ie/plans and choose preferred plan
• Step 2 – Scroll to Order this plan and choose order from list of drop downs
• Step 3 – Checkout and follow easy steps through PayPal secure payment and order submission

Option 2: Design with alterations

Many customers will require some alterations to the plans illustrated. These alterations may be simple and obvious to the customer. On the other hand the customer may just like a certain aspects of the design (e.g. the elevation) and require assistance in rearranging the internal layout to suit their needs or site.

Regardless of which of these categories you fall into we assist and redesign as necessary to ensure that when you order a design that it fulfills your needs.

Advice and sketch designs will be prepared until agreement is reached. A quote for the additional services will be provided and you can use options 1 or 2 above to order. Order forms have provision for inclusion of additional charges

Architects and Planning Agents orders
All architects and agents’ enquiries are most welcome and we would be interested in discussing Terms for those interested in using our services in conjunction with the service they are providing to their client on an on going basis.

In general please allow 10 working days for order delivery.
